All orders are processed within 1–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended by 1–2 days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, shipping method, and location.
Standard Shipping (US):

Express Shipping (US):
• Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
• Carrier: USPS Priority, UPS, or FedEx
Free Shipping:
• Automatically applied to qualifying orders as advertised on our website.
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

We currently ship to select international destinations.

🚫 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Looks of Paradise LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed due to carrier issues.
If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
We will assist when possible, but carriers are ultimately responsible once the package is in their possession.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
